Raw mint Nanaimo bars via A Dash of Compassion
While not completely raw, these recipes look really yummy and there’s some great tips here on how to not completely wreak havoc on your digestive system during the holidays. Plus, the stuff here looks traditional enough to not scare off my carnivorous family.
This looks awesome! Can you guys PLEASE edit and hyperlink to all the recipes? I’d be VERY THANKFUL!

Last meal at Bonobo’s - a bunch of their sides with a flax cracker on a massive plate. They sadly are closing their doors this Sunday, November 20th. They were by far my favorite lunch break spot. RIP.

Sooooo happy to have finished my three day juice fast! Kale salad with sprouts, dill, cayenne, dulse, sea salt, olive oil, lemon juice, avocado and fresh cherry tomatoes from my garden.
Day 3 of 3 of my Organic Avenue LOVE Deep Juice cleanse. Fridge stocked and ready to go! I’m not going to lie, I was pretty hungry last night although it could have been psychological seeing as Fridays are typically my evening off where I veg-out and snack in front of the TV. And I may have had dreams where I kept cheating and eating wild blackberries…but anyway, full update on how everything went tomorrow!
