1 tbs. raw honey (can be substituted w/agave or maple syrup)
1 tbs. coconut manna
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
pinch of cayenne
Place chia seeds in the bottom of a bowl. Blend the rest of the ingredients. Add blended ingredients over chia seeds and mix well with a fork. Place bowl in refrigerator, stirring every 10-15 minutes for one hour. Enjoy!
