Raw probiotic salad using a recipe from ‘The Beauty Detox Solution’. It’s literally cabbage, miso paste, ginger and filtered water. Instead of using green cabbage and getting a white sauerkraut once everything has fermented, I’ve been using purple cabbage which turns into this super vibrant red when done. I eat this daily, always before I eat anything for dinner and sometimes for with lunch as well. Yet another new raw addiction of mine.
